1 #10 Can Carbotrol Pineapple Tidbits
1 1/2 Cups Flaked Coconut

Drain juice from yams.Pour drained yams into 12"X20"X2" pan.
Pour undrained pineapple tidbits over yams and lightly mix.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut and bake 15 minutes longer.
