Snack Cake With Fruit

2 68 oz. Containers Carbotrol FruitBlendz Fruit Sauce (Any Flavor)
1 5 Lb. Box Cake Mix
1 Pkg. Whipped Topping Mix

Prepare cake according to package directions, using 1/2 the water, and adding one container of the fruit sauce. Pour into 18" x 26" pan(s) and bake according to package directions, or until done.Top with second container of fruit sauce.Prepare topping according to package directions.Garnish each serving of cake with 2 tablespoons of whipped topping.

Variation:

Use Carbotrol FruitBlendz Pineapple Fruit Sauce to make a pineapple upside down cake. Add maraschino cherries and chopped nuts, if desired.
